Today we celebrate Polish Aviation Day, which is a shared holiday of civil aviation, military aviation and the aviation industry.
On this day, we also remember the crews who made the ultimate sacrifice during aviation missions in defence of Poland’s independence. To honour their memory, the Director of the Polish Aviation Museum, Mr Tomasz Kosecki, and a delegation from the Kraków Aviation Seniors’ Club laid flowers at the Polish Aviators’ Monument in Kraków.
On the occasion of today’s holiday, we would like to extend our warmest wishes to all soldiers of the Polish Air Force, aviation rescue services, civilian aviators, aviation enthusiasts and all professionals working in this exceptional field.
May all flights be safe and every take-off end with a successful landing!
May the sky always be friendly to you and your missions bring pride and satisfaction!
Thank you for your courage, dedication and professionalism, which contribute to the safety and development of our country.
