We are pleased and proud to announce that, for another consecutive year, our Museum has received funding from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage Programme “Supporting Museum Activities” — this time for a two-year project entitled “Restoration of Unique Gliders of the Polish Aviation Museum — Stage II: IS-1 Sęp, IS-C Żuraw and SZD-10 Czapla”.

The exhibits are undergoing comprehensive conservation at the “Jeżów” Glider Works, which includes cleaning all components, reconstructing missing parts, re-covering with fabric and applying new paint finishes.

The completion of all works is expected by the end of November next year, and we will keep you informed about the successive stages — we warmly invite you to follow our website.
