The Albatros L.101 was a two-seat, strut-braced high-wing monoplane used as a training and touring aircraft of mixed construction, designed by the Albatros company and produced after its takeover by Focke-Wulf-Flugzeugbau in 1932-33. The prototype took part in the 1930 Challenge competition but did not complete the technical events. A total of 71 serial aircraft were produced, which served for training at the German Air Transport Pilot School. The exhibited example bore serial number 245 and registration marks D-EKYQ.
