A combat trainer version of the Su-22 aircraft, used for pilot conversion training and practice on this aircraft type.

It differs from the combat version by having a two-seat cockpit with positions for the instructor and the student, reduced fuel capacity and armament load. Despite the reduced armament, the aircraft retains significant combat potential. Su-22UM3K aircraft are still operated by the Polish Air Force.
