The person within the Museum’s organisational structure authorised by the institution to receive internal reports and to take follow-up actions is the Internal Reports Officer Małgorzata Piela
The Museum accepts internal reports:
a) in writing – submitted in paper form (by post or in person to the Internal Reports Officer at the Polish Aviation Museum in Kraków, al. Jana Pawła II 39, 30-969 Kraków, in an envelope marked “to be opened by addressee only”) or electronically (to the address sygnalista@muzeumlotnictwa.pl)
b) orally – by telephone via an unrecorded telephone line (tel. 12 642-87-00 ext. 110 during Museum working hours) or during a face-to-face meeting.
