Maiden Flight of the NN-1
Captain Franciszek Jach performed the maiden flight of the first Polish competition glider NN-1 at Dęblin, designed by engineers Adam Nowotny and Jarosław Nalaszkiewicz. The glider had a glide ratio of 22 at 56 km/h but did not enter serial production due to design imperfections.
