Maiden Flight of the Swift
Maiden flight of the Swift – on this day, the Polish glider S-1 Swift made its maiden flight. The glider was designed from the outset for competitive aerobatics, in which it excels to this day. The Swift prototype is an exhibit at the Polish Aviation Museum.
