C. 20 Nowy Sącz

Having been moved south, it subsequently operated from airfields in Rzeszów, Jasło, and Nowy Sącz. It relatively quickly began re-equipping with Albatros B I aircraft, which were many times safer and more advanced than the Lohner C types. Much evidence suggests that the first courier flight from Nowy Sącz to besieged Przemyśl (October 1, 1914, returning on October 6) was carried out by a crew of Flik 10.
