The Polish Aviation Museum
cordially invites you
on July 12, 2026 (next Sunday)
to the “Meeting at the Airplane” led by Jan Hoffmann
We’ll discuss the American P-51 Mustang fighter plane. It was one of the best and most versatile fighters of World War II. It was commissioned by the British, but also entered service with the US Air Force, where it enjoyed a distinguished career. It featured a modern design, incorporating the latest advances in aerodynamics and aircraft propulsion. Pilots from Polish fighter squadrons also flew these aircraft. We’ll learn about its history, development, and design.
We invite everyone interested in this topic to the Museum
at 12:00 noon at 39 Jana Pawła II Avenue.
