The Polish Aviation Museum cordially invites you

June 14, 2026 (next Sunday)

“Meeting by the Airplane” led by Jan Hoffmann

How was one of the most recognizable fighters in aviation history created? What made it a symbol of German fighter aviation during World War II? And what secrets does its design hold?

During our upcoming “Airplane Meeting,” we will explore the history of the Messerschmitt Bf 109 – a plane that revolutionized military aviation in the 1930s and dominated European skies for many years. We will tell the story behind its creation, its subsequent developments, and the technical solutions that made it one of the most effective fighters of its era.

The starting point for our story will be a unique exhibit from the collection of the Polish Aviation Museum – the Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-6. This is a unique opportunity to learn up close about the history of an aircraft that has made a lasting mark on global aviation.

We invite everyone interested in this topic to the Museum at 12:00 noon at 39 Jana Pawła II Avenue.
