2nd Lt. pilot
Jan Kuroś (1897–1923). First lieutenant pilot of the Polish Army, officer of the 2nd Aviation Regiment in Kraków, participant in aviation service during the early development of Polish military aviation. He served in the 2nd Aviation Regiment in Kraków and was a member of the 14th Reconnaissance Squadron. During his service he carried out reconnaissance duties in military aviation. He died on 1 November 1923. He was buried at the Garrison Cemetery in Poznań.
