We will talk about a German fighter aircraft from World War II. Work on it began in the late 1930s. Thanks to its advanced design, continuous improvement was possible. A number of versions were created, adapted to the changing conditions of the war. It was highly regarded by its own pilots and adversaries alike. The collection of the Aviation Museum in Kraków includes a BMW 801 engine from such an aircraft. We will learn about the history, development, and construction of this interesting aircraft.
