Messerschmitt Bf 109
The Polish Aviation Museum
cordially invites you
July 20, 2024 (this Sunday)
to “Meeting by the Aircraft“
led by
Jan Hoffmann
90 years ago, in late May 1935, the Bf 109 (also known as Me 109) was first flown, permanently etching itself in aviation history. This German fighter played a great role in World War II, being alongside the Fw 190 the foundation of German fighter aviation. We will talk about the creation and development of this aircraft. We will also learn about the details of its construction. The Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-6 is also an exhibit in our Museum.
