We will talk about the supersonic (Mach 2.1) American fighter-bomber F-105, developed in the 1950s. The F-105 was extensively used during the Vietnam War, where it suffered heavy losses. It was also extremely effective at suppressing rocket-based anti-aircraft systems. We will learn about the history of creation and development, as well as the construction of this interesting aircraft.
