The P-47 was one of the largest and heaviest single-engine fighters of World War II. It was very fast and well-armed. Developed at the American Republic factory, it first flew in May 1941. It was used in Europe and the Pacific. We will talk about this interesting aircraft and learn about the history of its creation and construction, featuring very interesting technical solutions.
