We will talk about the fighters of the German Albatros company and their very successful licensed versions produced in Austria. Production problems in Germany resulted from a lack of adequate strength and aerodynamic research. Albatros aircraft were also in service with Polish aviation in the first years of independence. The Austrian aircraft were highly valued. We will learn about the history of creation and development of these aircraft, as well as their construction and engines.
