We will talk about a fighter from the German Fokker company, whose design originated in mid-1917. Its production began in the autumn of the same year, and construction problems were continuously being addressed. The aircraft was very maneuverable and well-armed but also not very fast. However, it earned its place in history thanks to its triplane design, combat successes, and a large number of crashes.
We will learn about the history of creation and development of this aircraft. We will also learn about its construction and engines.
