Nieuport Fighters
The Polish Aviation Museum
cordially invites you
April 21, 2024 (this Sunday)
to “Meeting by the Aircraft“
led by
Jan Hoffmann
We will talk about the French-built Nieuport fighter aircraft. Their various types were used by French aviation throughout the Great War. Pilots from several countries flew and fought in these aircraft. Various Nieuport versions were produced under license in Italy, Great Britain, and Russia. Captured Nieuports also served in Polish aviation after the country regained its independence. We will talk about the history of creation and development of these aircraft. We will also learn about their construction and engines.
