We will talk about the Yak-23, the first operational jet fighter in Poland, serving in our military aviation.
The Yak-23 was one of the first Soviet first-generation jet fighters, still with straight wings, to enter production. It was a successful aircraft with several technical innovations. We will learn about its history and construction.
