On the occasion of Grandparents’ Day, the Polish Aviation Museum in Kraków has prepared special guided tours that grandparents and their grandchildren can enjoy. We invite you to a unique walk with a guide, fascinating stories about the gems of aviation history, and exploring an aircraft from the inside!
On the coming Tuesday and Wednesday – 21 and 22 January – grandmothers, grandfathers and their grandchildren will have the opportunity to take part in guided tours specially prepared for them at the Polish Aviation Museum in Kraków. Qualified guides with a genuine passion for aviation will lead tours through the history of flight, sharing fascinating facts and little-known stories about the most valuable Museum exhibits, many of which are the last surviving examples in the world – such as the Polish PZL P.11c fighter or aircraft from Hermann Göring’s collection!
During the approximately one-hour walk, you will be able to hear about the most important aircraft connected with the history of Polish aviation and machines that have made a significant mark in world history. There will also be the opportunity to see an aircraft from the inside!
The special guided tours will take place on 21 and 22 January at 1:15 PM.
Grandmothers and grandfathers (over 60 years of age) can take advantage of a special discount prepared for their holiday and take part in the guided tour for PLN 10. Accompanying children (up to 18 years of age, upon presenting a school ID card) will pay only PLN 2 for Museum admission tickets.
Registration is required for guided tours – you can register by sending an email to deum@muzeumlotnictwa.pl or by phone at 12 642 87 00 ext. 0
