We warmly invite all model enthusiasts — young and old — to take part in our model-building competition “Aviation World in Miniature” — for the best-crafted models of aviation structures and aircraft-related machines!
Just like last year, we invite EVERYONE who would like to share their aviation fascinations through scale models of aircraft to join the fun and competition.
Our competition, which will be accompanied by an exhibition of model works, is addressed to:
Competition participants will be able to visit the Museum’s exhibitions free of charge and see aircraft in 1:1 scale.
The main aim of the Competition is to promote knowledge about the history of aviation worldwide, with particular emphasis on the history of Polish aviation and the contribution of Polish engineers to the development of this branch of transport.
An additional aim of the Competition is to promote knowledge about aviation model-building among children, young people and adults.
Key information:
The exhibition will be accompanied by an open model fair (anyone wishing to do so may display their models for sale free of charge) — on: 26 October 2024 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 27 October 2024 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
